Gravitate Launches New Brand and Website for Rempura
Memory foam mattress retailer gets a soft new feel
NEW YORK, NY - August 15, 2005 – Today, Gravitate Design Studio, a print and web design firm, launched the new branding and web presence for Rempura, a high-end mattress retailer offering memory foam sleep systems. The corporate identity, which included naming of the company, as well as the eCommerce-enabled website, represents a soup-to-nuts marketing package for the new company.
"This industry has only one or two heavy hitters," said Julie Findley, Gravitate's Branding Manager. "In order to compete, the new identity had to bring something new to the table that would compel buyers to consider another option. While some competitors focus on the clinical aspects of their beds, our approach was to have every element of the brand revolve around the ideas of comfort and renewal."
The website for Rempura was built on the gForce eCommerce Engine, and features a robust administrative back-end as well as RMA functionality for handling returns. Future phases are planned for Q4 of this year.
